Title

The title of paper/article should clear and have a maximum of 21 words

Abstract

The abstract of the article should be well written in English version not longer than 270 words. It should be written in past tense. The abstract should present a clear and concise foundation of the research gaps, research objectives, theoretical framework, methods, findings and value of the study. The abstract should be presented following the structure given and itemized as background, statement of the problem, objective(s), research method, Findings, Conclusions and policy recommendation

Introduction

The paper should demonstrate why what problem the article will address. The author should offer the conceptual and contextual discussion regarding the article as a motivation to undertake the study. Social and methodological value should be provided. A clear discussion regarding the significance of the research supported by evidence from past studies. A clear and concise discussion should be indicated to demonstrate the innovative (originality/ novel) of the study. This should be supported by past literature. A clear justification and clarification of the research gaps should be indicated

Research Objectives

Research objective(s) should be SMART (SPECIFI, Measurable, Achievable, realistic and timed bound) and demonstrate the scope and purpose of the study

A conceptual Framework/Model

The paper should describe the underpinning/underlying theoretical foundation for the study and informed conceptual framework. The constructs of the theory(s) may be utilized in developing a conceptual framework. This should be cited from the past studies. A clear statement should be provided to indicate the goal of the study

Research Strategy

The following research methods should be provided.

Findings and Discussion

The results of the study should be provided in a systematic way that addresses the goal and research objectives. Data presentation should be presented in terms of charts, figures and tables. Quotations should be used to reveal study’s interpretations of qualitative information. Unit of measurements should adhere to standard forms and abbreviated rightfully.
In discussion, key results should be summarized. Explanation of how the results link to existing literature. Strength and limitations of the of the study should be described informing what readers (scholars or researchers) should consider when interpreting the findings

Conclusion and recommendations

The conclusions and recommendation of the study provided. Conclusion should be brief and indicate the importance in relation to the objective(s) of the study. Policy recommendation should also be provided to inform how to improve current management practices and policy framework

Acknowledgement

Any individuals or organizations that do not meet the criteria of authorship should be recognized for their contribution to the success of the research. Their contribution should be listed and briefly described

Competing interests

List of competing interests associated with any author should be declared. All the authors should declare that they have no financial or personal links that may have negatively contributed to them in developing the paper. Information on funding of the research should be provided Statement on data availability for all the articles should be indicated

All cited work should be provided in their original research source where necessary. Editors, authors or peer reviewers should never use references to promote their personal interests
